I’ve been through the fire — and I’ve done the work to rise.

For years, I lived in the aftermath of childhood trauma I couldn’t even remember. I was placed in the “slow” reading group, misunderstood by the school system, and silenced by the emotional chaos of a home shaped by postpartum depression and explosive rage.

But trauma doesn’t stay hidden forever.

In therapy, my memories returned — along with a clear mission:

to break cycles of pain and help others reclaim their truth, their voice, and their lives.

I’ve walked the path of healing outside the traditional system — through God, coaching, forgiveness, and holistic practices. Now, I lead men’s and women’s groups, facilitate deep emotional healing, and speak to audiences who are ready for more than surface-level wellness.
